- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

Counter notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to our agent with:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
After a valid counter notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We will block access for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others, when appropriate.
Please note
Elitra does not host or publish user content. Text you enter is used to generate private results, and images stay in your browser. Most notices will relate to content on our own pages, such as articles, templates and the example library. Knowingly false notices or counter notices may create legal liability.
