Privacy Policy
Elitra is built to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated: November 5, 2026
Elitra (elitra.ai) is operated by Dennis Berry Coach, LLC, doing business as Elite Leaders Marketing, a Colorado limited liability company ("we," "us" or "our"). This policy applies to elitra.ai and the tools on it.
The short version
- The design tools work without an account. The AI tools need a free account, and we keep only your email address for it.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.
- Text you enter into AI tools is sent to our AI provider to create your result. We do not store it on our servers.
- Images you add to the design tools stay in your browser and are never uploaded to us.
- Analytics cookies load only if you accept them, and never if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
Information we collect
Content you enter
When you use an AI tool, the text you type or paste (for example a topic, a post or your role) is sent from our server to our AI provider to generate your result. We do not save your inputs or outputs in a database. Our servers may keep short technical error logs that do not include your content.
Your account
To use the AI tools you sign in with Google or with a one time link sent to your email. We store your email address, an account ID, which sign in method you used, and a count of how many AI generations you used this month. If you sign in with Google, we ask Google only for your email address and account ID, and we do not keep Google access tokens. Your sign in is kept in a secure, signed cookie that lasts up to 30 days. Sign in emails are sent through our email provider, Resend. You can delete your account at any time from the account page, which removes this information right away.
Technical information
To prevent abuse and enforce free usage limits, our server uses your IP address to create a one way, salted code that changes daily. We store that code with a usage count in our rate limiting database, and it expires automatically within about a day. We do not store your raw IP address. Our security and hosting providers, such as Cloudflare, process your IP address and basic device information to deliver the site and block bots.
Cookies and local storage
- Essential: your light or dark mode setting and your privacy choice are saved in your browser's local storage. If you sign in, essential cookies keep you signed in and protect sign in forms from forgery. Cloudflare Turnstile, our invisible bot check, processes limited device and browser signals to verify you are human. Its use of data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Analytics (optional): if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and tools are used, on what kind of device, and from roughly which region. We turn off Google signals and ad personalization. If you decline, analytics never loads.
Images and designs
Images you upload to the design tools are processed only in your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.
Stock photo searches
If you search for stock photos, your search words are sent through our server to Unsplash and Pexels to return results. When you add an Unsplash photo, we notify Unsplash as their API rules require.
Messages and newsletter
If you email us, we keep your message and email address to respond. If you subscribe to the Elite Leaders newsletter, you sign up directly with Substack, and Substack's privacy policy applies to that subscription.
How we use information
- To provide the tools and generate your results.
- To keep Elitra secure, enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
- To find and fix errors and improve the tools.
- To respond to messages and requests.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run Elitra, under contracts or terms that limit how they use it:
- AI providers: Google (Gemini API) and, as a backup, Anthropic (Claude API), to generate results from your inputs. Under the terms that apply to our paid API use, these providers state they do not use this content to train their models. They may keep it for a limited time for abuse monitoring.
- Security and hosting: Cloudflare (network protection and Turnstile, see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum), Hostinger (hosting) and Upstash (account and rate limiting data).
- Sign in: Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, and Resend, which delivers sign in emails.
- Error monitoring: Sentry, which may receive technical details when something breaks.
- Analytics: Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Stock photos: Unsplash and Pexels, for searches you make.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
How long we keep information
Account information is kept until you delete your account; monthly usage counts expire after the month ends. We may delete accounts that have not been used for 24 months. Rate limiting codes expire within about a day. Error logs are kept for a short period, typically no more than 90 days. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention setting. Emails are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records.
Children
Elitra is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, keep API keys on the server, and limit what we store. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we handle.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you these rights:
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you, with some exceptions. You can delete your account yourself on the account page.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Right to non discrimination for using these rights.
Categories of information
In the past 12 months we have collected: identifiers (an IP address, used to create a hashed code, your email address if you create an account or contact us, and an account ID), internet or network activity (pages and tools used, if you accept analytics), and the content you enter into tools. We collect this from you and your device, for the purposes listed above, and disclose it to the service providers listed above. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by California law, and we do not use personal information to make inferences about you.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. California law can treat some analytics cookies as "sharing." You can opt out at any time below, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt out.
How to make a request
Email [email protected] with the subject "California privacy request." We may ask for information to verify your request. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of your permission. We respond within the time required by law.
Residents of other states with privacy laws, including Colorado, Virginia and Connecticut, may have similar rights. We honor requests from all users.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Use the controls below to opt out of analytics cookies that may count as sharing under California law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Elitra changes. We will update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will add a notice on the site.
